Rachael and Alex's NH Wedding

There is something so magical about the natural sunlight streaming in through trees in an orchard. As soon as we saw this grove of peach trees, I knew it would be the perfect place for an outdoor portrait of Rachael and Alex on their wedding day at Alyson’s Orchard. This gorgeous venue, just a short drive from Keene, NH has it all–various outdoor ceremony sites, a lovely covered pavilion for the reception, and a plethora of amazing places for pictures! As documentary wedding photographers, we really appreciate the natural beauty surrounding our couples and their guests on the day of the wedding… and Rachael and Alex were happy to indulge us by wandering all over the property for portraits after their ceremony at Sarma’s Pond.

Favorite things about this wedding included Rachael’s surprise “lip sync medley” she performed for Alex, some very sweet stories from the fathers of these two newlyweds, and the very last photo we captured… of Rachael and Alex under a blue starry night with the apple orchard behind them. So glad Alex shared his love of celestial photography with us and we could make that long-exposure photo happen!
