Ethereal Billings Farm Wedding in Woodstock, VT – Mike & Callie

Callie and Mike’s ethereal summer wedding in Woodstock, VT was nothing short of idyllic. Their day included covered bridges, maple syrup, scenic vistas and constant smiles. These two, who are both elementary school teachers, said “I do” under a gorgeous floral arch at Billings Farm, where guests sat in chairs adorned with notes of marital advice from Callie and Mike’s students. I think this was one of the most unique and heartfelt ceremony decor ideas we’ve ever seen… I mean really, what better sums up what love feels like than five-year-old McKayla’s thoughts, “love feels like: good and butterflies”.

The students also decorated school buses that were used for guest transportation from the ceremony site to the reception venue at the Woodstock Inn, where guests were greeted with hues of pink flowers and succulents designed by the talented A Schoolhouse Garden florist. Callie and Mike arrived to the reception in a custom decorated VW bug, complete with cans dangling from the bumper!

The band really got this crowd moving, but when they went on break and the Backstreet Boys’, “I Want it That Way” came on, things got real… as hopefully our photos below can convey. We had such a great time with Callie and Mike and wish them all the best as they begin their first school year as a married couple!
