Finally! We had the chance to photograph a Misselwood wedding at Endicott College! This venue has been on our dream list for quite a while, and it’s not hard to see why. With an ivy covered estate and scenic ocean views, this venue on the north shore of Boston is a photographer’s dream!

Thanks to Sheri and Kevin for discovering Misselwood for their wedding, and trusting us to document the day for them. This venue is literally RIGHT on the water, and we loved the rocky outcroppings for portraits that are just a short two minute to walk!

Sheri and Kevin’s Misselwood wedding in September was so much fun to photograph! We always love when couples are allowed to arrive early to the venue so they can prepare for the day without the hassle of transportation before the ceremony. The day started with some getting ready photos of Sheri and her bridesmaids. We love all of the space at this venue for the wedding party to get ready for the day! Later, we met up with Kevin for a first look next to the water. The estate has a stunning ivy covered entrance with stone steps that were perfect for large wedding party pictures!

Sheri and Kevin were happy to explore the rocky coastline a bit for a few more portraits. We LOVED how close the rocks were to the venue. When there are so many gorgeous spots for photos all within a short walk, we are able to get tons of amazing backdrops during portrait time!

Guests were treated to an ocean view while Sheri and Kevin shared their vows. Cocktails followed and we loved the lawn games that were set up next to the large tunnel reception tent. One of my favorite things about this venue was the tunnel of twinkle lights that lead from the ceremony space to the reception. It almost feels like this venue was designed by a photographer!

As the sun went down, dinner was served in the tent. Thanks to the Sugarbabies Band for getting everyone up and dancing after dinner. It’s always fun to photograph such a wild and energetic wedding dance party!
