This was our first Warfield House Inn wedding in the Berkshires, and we are full on smitten with this rustic venue! Nestled in the mountains of western MA, this woodsy spot is perfect for outdoor weddings. Lara and James couldn’t have picked a better place to tie the knot. These two were incredibly relaxed on the wedding day and their enthusiasm for all of our photo ideas was AWESOME!

We are documentary wedding photographers based in western MA. We were thrilled to find the Warfield House Inn wedding venue is less than a half hour from our home base! This venue is actually a working farm with cows, horses, and even alpacas! There are several barns on the property, and two country farm houses where guests can stay overnight. This venue is part of the Berkshire East Ski Resort. Guests can have adventures like white water rafting, zip lining or even doing a mountain coaster while in town for the wedding!

Lara and James seemed like such a perfect match, it was easy to capture candid photos of these two on the wedding day. They really couldn’t stop smiling, and the emotional ceremony photos while reading their vows are some of our favorites. Lara had some awesome ideas for decorating the covered pavilion reception spot. With neutral colors and antique store finds, this reception had a very Anthropologie vibe!

We loved the little magnetic ceramic animals used to hold up the reception table cards. Lara also found antique milk bottles that were used for simple organic floral centerpieces. Guests were treated to wood-fired pizzas by Vesta Mobile Pizza for dinner, and there were stunning views of the Berkshire mountains throughout the day.
