Kristen and Jimmy | Concord, NH | Vintage Wedding Photography

Kristen and Jimmy’s wedding was one of the wildest bashes we’ve seen yet!  This adorable couple met in high school, and from getting ready at their parent’s homes to tying the knot at their local church, it was clear they were made for each other.  Their ceremony was at the Sacred Heart Church in Concord, NH, and the Centennial hosted their wedding reception. Kristen’s dad works at the St. Paul’s School, and we were lucky enough to use the school campus for wedding portraits before the ceremony.  St. Paul’s was filled with stone bridges, paths through the woods, and arched doorways.  There were so many cool spaces to photograph Kristen and Jimmy, it was difficult to walk more than 20 feet without finding a new amazing location!

This couple incorporated some unique reception decoration ideas into their big day too. They had guests fill out “questionnaires” instead of a signing a guestbook. The questions were, as you’ll see below, hilarious, and people had a great time thinking up answers. They also used vintage suitcases and chalkboards for the guests’ gifts and envelopes for the couple. They handed out 3D love-themed glasses and diamond scratcher tickets, keeping guests thoroughly entertained! Their cake topper was gorgeous. It was one of the most artistic and unique porcelain cake toppers we’ve ever seen. The DJ’s kept people dancing and singing all night long. My favorite part of the night was when Jimmy’s 91-year-old grandmother used her walker as a dance prop while she danced in the center of the group for at least the duration of one full song. It was inspiring! Thanks to Kristen and Jimmy for throwing a great wedding!
